By using our website or contacting us, you agree to this policy. If you don't agree with any part of it, please stop using the site and contact us by phone with any questions.

When you call us at (254) 343-1352 or email contact@rodentcontrolwaco.com, you may share:
- Your name and the name of any business or property you represent
- Your phone number and email address
- The address of the property where service is needed
- A description of the rodent activity (what you're seeing, where, how long)
- Payment information when you pay for completed work
Information Collected Automatically
When you browse rodentcontrolwaco.com, our hosting provider (Cloudflare Pages) automatically collects standard server-log information for security and performance purposes:
- IP address and approximate geographic location
- Browser type, operating system, and device
- Pages you visit and the time you visit them
- Referring website (if any)
This data is logged for security, abuse-prevention, and traffic-pattern analysis. It is not used to build individual profiles or for advertising.
What We Don't Collect
We do not run a contact form on this site. We do not require account creation. We do not embed Facebook Pixel, Google advertising trackers, or third-party retargeting scripts. The only embedded third-party content is the Google Maps frame on the Contact page, which shows our office location.
3. How We Use Information
We use the information you give us to:
- Schedule and perform rodent control work at your property
- Communicate with you about appointments, follow-up visits, and treatment results
- Send invoices and process payment for completed work
- Maintain service records as required by Texas structural pest control regulations
- Respond to questions, complaints, or service requests
We use server-log information to keep the website secure, diagnose technical problems, and understand traffic patterns at an aggregate level.
4. Information Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share limited information only when necessary to operate the business:
- Service providers: Hosting (Cloudflare), email (our email provider), and payment processing partners receive only the data they need to deliver their services. They are bound by their own privacy policies and may not use your data for unrelated purposes.
- Legal requirements: If required by valid legal process (subpoena, court order, regulatory inspection), we will provide records as legally required, including service records that Texas structural pest control regulations require us to maintain.

We keep service records for the period required by Texas structural pest control regulations (currently two years from the date of service, though this may change with regulation updates). Payment records are kept for the period required by federal and state tax law. Email and phone correspondence is generally kept for two years and then deleted unless tied to an active service relationship.

No system is perfectly secure, so we can't promise absolute protection — but we treat your information the way we'd want our own treated.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy occasionally to reflect changes in our practices or in Texas law. When we do, we'll update the "effective date" at the top. Material changes will be highlighted on this page for at least 30 days. Continued use of our services after a policy update means you accept the updated policy.
